Dashboard Summary

At the top of the dashboard, you will find key metrics that provide a quick snapshot of the bug status within your project:

  • Bugs: Displays the total number of reported bugs
  • To Do: Shows the number of bugs that need to be addressed.
  • In Progress: Indicates how many bugs are currently being worked on.
  • Resolved: Shows the count of bugs that have been fixed.

Each of these metrics includes a percentage change indicator to assess the progress compared to the previous period.

Reported Bugs Graph

This graph visualizes the number of bugs reported over time, broken down by different versions of your application. It allows you to monitor trends and identify if certain versions are more prone to bugs than others. You can filter the data by different time ranges, such as the last 7 days, 15 days, or 28 days, and by specific app versions.

Team Performance Graph

This section displays a bar chart showing the team's performance in terms of bugs reported or actions taken on them. The bars represent the number of bugs that have been marked as To Do, In Progress, Resolved, and Invalid. This helps in assessing the responsiveness and efficiency of the team.

Bugs List

The Bugs List is a detailed table that lists all the reported bugs.

Filter By

You can filter by various attributes, including:

  • Status: Whether the bug is In Progress, Resolved, Invalid, etc.
  • Type: Categorizes the bugs based on their nature.
  • Assignee: The person responsible for resolving the bug.
  • Version: The app version in which the bug was found.
  • OS: The operating system version on which the bug occurred.
  • Date: The person who reported the bug.
  • Version: The date when the bug was reported.

Sort By

The list can be sorted by:

  • Most Recent
  • Last Updated
  • Date Created
  • Name Ascending
  • Name Descending
Bug Details

Each bug entry includes details like:

  • Title: Brief description of the bug.
  • Release: Version number where the bug was found.
  • Tags: Categorizes the bug (e.g. "UI/UX", "Functional").
  • Assignee: Shows who are responsible for resolving the bug.
  • Status: Current state of the bug (e.g., "To do," "Resolved," "In Progress").

Select Options

When bugs are selected, you have the following options:

  • Status: Update the status of the selected bugs.
  • Assignee: Change the assignee for the selected bugs.
  • Export: Export the selected bugs to CSV.
  • Delete: Bugs will be deleted from the list & cannot be restored.
