PagerDuty

Fusion integrates with PagerDuty to route critical bugs as incidents to your teams. Follow the steps below to set up the integration:

  • Create or choose a Service that will receive bug alerts (e.g. “Bug Alerts”).

Step 3:

  • In the Service settings, generate or copy the Integration Key for Events API.

Step 4:

  • Go to the Bugs section in Fusion and click on the Integrations button.

  • Paste your PagerDuty Integration Key into the integration settings.

Step 5:

  • Save the configuration. Fusion is now integrated with PagerDuty.

Step 6:

  • Report a test bug in Fusion to confirm the integration. Bugs will appear in PagerDuty as incidents, showing the bug summary and key details.
