Surveys

The Surveys module allows teams to collect feedback directly from users through in-app surveys. Surveys help gather insights related to user experience, feature adoption, and overall app satisfaction. All surveys can be managed centrally from the Surveys dashboard, where their performance and response metrics are tracked.

The Surveys dashboard provides a centralized view of all created surveys, their current status, and key engagement metrics. It enables teams to manage surveys efficiently and monitor user participation.

Survey Listing

The main section of the dashboard displays all surveys in a card-based layout. Surveys are categorized into the following states:

  • Published
  • Unpublished
  • Drafts

Each survey card includes:

  • Survey title and type
  • App version targeting (if applicable)
  • Survey creator
  • Survey status
  • Number of users who have seen the survey
  • Response percentage

This allows teams to quickly assess survey reach and performance.

Filter and Search Options

The top section of the dashboard provides filtering and search controls to help locate surveys easily. Surveys can be filtered or searched using:

  • Survey title
  • Creator
  • App versions
  • Creation date
  • Survey type

These options help narrow down results when managing a large number of surveys.

Survey Creation

A Create New Survey button is available on the dashboard, allowing users to start creating a new survey directly. This initiates the survey creation flow.

View Options

Surveys can be viewed in either of the following formats:

  • Grid view
  • List view

This allows users to switch layouts based on preference or workflow needs.

Fusion AI Chatbot

The Surveys dashboard includes an AI Chatbot that provides additional insights based on survey data.

  • View a summarized overview of survey performance

  • Generate visual insights to better understand survey results

The AI Chatbot helps teams analyze survey data more efficiently without manually reviewing individual metrics.
