ServiceNow

Fusion integrates with ServiceNow to create incidents from bug reports inside your IT workflows. Follow the steps below to set up the integration:

  • Ensure you have access to create or view incidents in the relevant ServiceNow module.

Step 3:

  • Obtain the credentials or API token provided by your ServiceNow admin for integration.

Step 4:

  • Go to the Bugs section in Fusion and click on the Integrations button. Enter your ServiceNow connection details (such as instance URL and credentials) in the integration settings.

Step 5:

  • Select the module or table (e.g. Incident) where Fusion should create records for reported bugs.

Step 6:

  • Save the configuration. Fusion is now integrated with ServiceNow.
