Zapier

With Zapier, Fusion can connect to thousands of other applications, automating workflows without the need for custom development. Follow the steps below to set up the integration:

Step 1:

  • Go to https://zapier.com  and log in to your Zapier account. If you don’t have one, create a new account.

Step 2:

  • Click Create Zap from your Zapier dashboard. This begins the automation setup process.

Step 3:

  • In the Trigger step, search for Webhooks by Zapier. Select it and choose the Catch Hook option.

Step 5:

  • Go to the Bugs section in Fusion and click on the Integrations button.
  • Select Zap.

  • Paste the copied Zapier Webhook URL into the integration settings.

Step 6:

  • Back in Zapier, complete your Action step. Choose the application where you want Fusion bug data to flow.

Step 7:

  • Save and turn on your Zap. Fusion is now connected with Zapier.

Step 8:

  • Report a test bug in Fusion to confirm the connection. Once Zap is active, Fusion will automatically send bug data to your selected third-party app.
  • You can also configure multi-step Zaps to forward the same bug report to multiple destinations.
