Zendesk

Fusion integrates with Zendesk to forward bugs as support tickets.

Step 1:

Step 2:

  • Generate an API Token:
  • Go to Admin (gear icon) and from there select Apps and integrations. Then click Zendesk API
  • Enable Token Access
  • Click Add API Token
  • Add a label and click Create token
  • Copy it immediately.

Step 3:

  • In Fusion, go to the Integrations section in bugs. Paste your Zendesk API token

  • Select the Group, Organization and ticket Form where bugs will appear

Step 4:

  • Save the configuration. Fusion is now integrated with Zenkit.

Step 5:

  • Bugs forwarded to Zendesk appear as Tickets.
  • Go to Views > All Unsolved Tickets
  • Each bug appears as a new ticket (Title = subject, Details = description).
