Bug Attributes

Metadata

When you report a bug, our system automatically captures all relevant metadata and sends it along with the Bug report.
Data listed in each report includes but is not limited to:

• Device
• App Version
• Platform
• Screensize
• Current view
• SDK Version
• Location
• Reporting Source
• Status


• Bug metadata is also visible on the Mobile App.

Repro Steps

Fixing a bug becomes much simpler when you can see user steps prior to the bug report. Fusion provides you with this unique feature that will help you see the last 5 screens used prior to the bug.

Activity History

Through this feature, you can view all of the events when a certain action is executed.

Comments

You can comment on a reported bug, and can tag any team member via SDK, mobile & web app.

Console Logs

Fusion captures console logs to assist developers in troubleshooting. These logs serve as a record of the app's behavior and can help developers pinpoint issues. By sharing logs with developers, they can provide valuable information for diagnosing problems, allowing for quicker and more accurate solutions.
