Mobile AppCrash Details
Event Information
Displays the crash event ID along with the crash title. You can also see when the crash was first and last seen. You can also see some other relevant details like app version, assignee, priority, and status of the crash.
Total Occurrences
Total number of times the crash occurred.
Affected Users
The number of unique users who experienced at least one crash during their usage of the application within a specific period. This metric helps in identifying the proportion of the user base that is affected by crashes, providing a clearer picture of how widespread crash issues are among the user population. A higher number of affected users indicates a need for urgent attention to improve application stability.
Occurrences Over Time

Recent Crash Environment
Provides details of the environment where the latest crash occurred, such as the device model, app version, free disk space, and location (if allowed by the user).
Occurrence Summary
Provides a breakdown of the crash occurrences, into several categories. For each category, the summary highlights the top three instances with the most crashes. Any additional instances beyond the top three are grouped under an "Others" category. This helps teams quickly identify and prioritize the most critical crash scenarios while still acknowledging less frequent ones. The occurrence summary consists of the following categories:
- App Version: This section shows a bar chart indicating the distribution of crash occurrences across different app versions. Each version is represented by a percentage, helping you identify which app versions are most affected by the crash.
- Device: Similar to the app version summary, this chart displays the distribution of crashes by device model. This allows you to see which devices are more affected by crashes.
- Operating System (OS) Version: This chart highlights the distribution of crash occurrences across different OS versions, showing which operating systems are most affected.
- Screen Resolution: This part of the summary shows crash occurrences based on different screen resolutions. This can help determine if screen size or resolution is contributing to the issue.
