Bug Details

The Bug Details page offers a comprehensive view of an individual bug, combining textual descriptions, media attachments, environmental data, and comments to give users all the information they need to understand and resolve the issue. This detailed page ensures that all aspects of the bug are documented and accessible, facilitating faster and more accurate bug resolution.

  • Title: The bug's title provides a brief description of the issue
  • Description: A more detailed explanation of the bug for better understanding.
  • Reportee Information: The name and email address of the person who reported the bug, along with the date and time it was logged.
  • Assignee: Displays who is responsible for resolving the bug.
  • Priority: Indicates the priority level of the bug, which helps in prioritizing tasks.
  • Status: The current status of the bug indicating where it stands in the resolution process.
  • Image: By default, SDK will capture screenshot and display it in the bug details view. In case of bug reported from mobile app, users will manually attach screenshot.
  • Audio: These could be voice notes explaining the issue or recordings of the bug occurring.
  • Tags: Tags like "Unexpected Behavior," "App Crash," and "Functional Issue" help categorize the bug, making it easier to filter and search for similar issues.
  • Media Attachments: Users can view media files like screenshots or a video related to the bug. This section visually supports the bug description and helps developers see the issue in action.

When you report a bug, our system automatically captures all relevant metadata and sends it along with the Bug report.

Device Information

Provides specific details about the environment from which the bug has been logged. This includes:

  • Brand: The manufacturer of your mobile phone.
  • Device Model: The variant of your mobile phone.
  • App Version: The release number of your mobile app.
  • Platform: The Operating system of your mobile phone.
  • Screen Resolution: The screen resolution of the bug reporting device.
  • SDK Version: The software development kit version integrated into your mobile app.
  • Free Memory: The memory remaining in the bug reporting mobile phone.
  • Free Disk Space:The space available on the hard drive of your device
